Praxes continuam a ameaçar os jovens do nosso país... até quando?

"A linha de denúncias de praxes abusivas recebeu 80 queixas entre 2014 e 2015, o primeiro ano de funcionamento.

Segundo a Renascença, números adiantados pela tutela referem que 45 destas denúncias foram "acompanhadas junto das Reitorias/Presidências das instituições de ensino superior" – todos eles resolvidos no seio das mesmas – enquanto que as restantes queixas "não se enquadravam no âmbito da campanha".

Este serviço foi criado pelo Ministério da Educação, após a morte de seis estudantes universitários na praia do Meco, em dezembro de 2013. As denúncias, com garantia de confidencialidade, podem ser feitas através do email: praxesabusivas@mec.gov.pt.

Recorde-se que no início do ano letivo, uma aluna da Universidade do Algarve foi internada após uma praxe. O ‘ritual’ consistia em levar os estudantes do 1.º ano à praia, enterrá-los na areia e, uma vez imobilizados, outros alunos mais velhos davam-lhes bebidas alcoólicas à boca. Tanto o Ministério Público como a própria universidade abriram um inquérito para investigar o caso."

Exército prende os seus alunos perante ameaça de indemnização avultada

Olá caros leitores,

O Blogue continua e continuará a servir para veicular as informações sigilosas das Forças Armadas ao público em geral. O que hoje vos venho contar é que um jovem estudante do 12º ano que consegue entrar para a Academia Militar - para um Curso do Ensino Superior de Portugal de elevado prestígio, se quiser desistir, por opção própria, porque não se adaptou ou porque prefere tomar outro rumo na sua vida tem de pagar uma indemnização no valor de cerca de 25.000 € euros por ano, que a Academia afirma que o aluno consumiu ao Estado.
Dito assim poderá parecer até aceitável... Houve gastos injustificados com um aluno que desiste da frequência do curso.
Onde reside então o problema?
Se nós olharmos para uma Faculdade Pública Nacional, um aluno que desista do seu curso a meio da sua formação de enfermeiro, pintor, técnico de imagem, informática.... não paga nada ao Estado!!!!!

Então qual é a diferença?
Mas ainda mais ridículo será olhar para isto de outra forma... Um aluno/cadete da Academia Militar (AM) que chumbe 2 anos consecutivos é encaminhado para o exterior da AM sem ter de pagar nenhuma indemnização, já que é considerado incapaz.
Então chega-se a um cúmulo como o que vos descrevo de seguida!!!! Um cadete de Cavalaria, no 3º ano, por exemplo, que queira desistir da sua carreira como militar e dedicar-se à Agricultura, saindo do Exército, teria de pagar um montante que ascende aos 75.000 euros. Então, não pode sair, claro... porque tem 20 anos e não quer começar uma vida com uma dívida de tal envergadura.
Mas surge uma hipótese... E que tal se chumbasse 2 anos? Continua a receber formação mais uns tempos (2 anos), vive ali, sofre 2 longos anos.. mas depois é encaminhado (diga-se expulso) para o exterior da AM, sem ter de pagar nenhuma indemnização. E curiosamente são 2 anos da juventude do aluno, que perde em formação na área em que pretendia, que perde em produtividade para o País e que gasta monetariamente ao Estado...


Estes casos são reais, mas claro jamais assumidos por nenhum cadete que o faça, sob o risco de expulsão ou de castigo severo!!!! Até porque também é complicado reprovar-se naquela instituição...

Mas, acabando o raciocínio.. Então neste país, em que o ensino superior é pago maioritariamente pelo Estado, um jovem de 18 anos, decide entrar numa instituição do Exército e vê-se PRESO, sem poder sair, tendo-se de submeter às ordens superiores (por mais abusivas que possam ser), sob a ameaça real do pagamento de uma avultada quantia que aumenta todos os anos que o aluno ali passa. Porquê? Porque é que o Exército pode ter este tipo de comportamento na sua Academia Militar? Será que já alguem pensou nisto?

E o pobre do jovem de 20 anos que não quer mais estar ali, tem de ficar sob o comando de uma instituição pública com regras que o prendem à instituição de uma forma totalmente indigna e diferente de todas as outras instituições públicas????

The Blog will continue to serve to pass sensitive information of the Portuguese Army to the general public.

Today I come to tell You one more incredible situation:

A young 18 years old student who enters the Military Academy - for a high prestige course of Superior Education in Portugal, if he wants to quit by any reason, for instance if he prefers to take another direction in his life, he must pay a big compensation amount of approximately €25,000 euros per year. This is the amount that the Military Academy states that each student has spent to the Portuguese state.

If we see things like this it seems reasonable…. There were unjustified expenses with a student who quits from the course frequency.

Then, where lies the problem?

If we look at a National Superior Public School, a student who gives up halfway through his course of nursing, painter, technician, doctor .... he doesn’t have to pay anything to the the state!!

So what's the difference?

But even more ridiculous it is if we look from another point of view.. A Military Academy student who fails to pass 2 consecutive years in his course, is put off the Military School without having to pay any compensation, since he is considered incapable.

As an example… A Cavalry military, at 3rd year of his course, who wants to give up his military career and devote himself to agriculture, leaving the Army, would have to pay a sum amount of about €75,000. So, he cannot leave, of course, the Military Academy ... Why? Because he is 20 years old and he doesn’t want to start a life with a debt of such a magnitude.

But there is another option… What about if he decides to fail 2 consecutive years? He continues to receive training two years more, living there… he suffers two long years... but then he is considered incapable. So he is put off the Military Academy, without paying any compensation.

And, interestingly, it means two years of the student youth, who loses his training in the area where he would fit more, he loses in productivity for the country and the state spends 2 more years of money with him (around €50,000), according to the Military School.  

These cases are real, but of course any student would ever say that, because of the risk of severe punishment!!

To finish this thoughts…. In this country, in which higher education is mostly paid by the State, an 18 years old boy who decides to enter in an institution of the Army, sees himself “ARRESTED”, unable to leave, and is subject to the higher orders (which may be really abusive), under the threat of paying a large sum, that increases every year, while the student is there.  

But why? Why the Portuguese Army can have this kind of behavior in their Military Academy? Has anyone ever thought about that?

And the poor young man of 20 years old, who does not want to be there, must remain inside the “Red Walls” of the Army under the command of a public institution, "arrested" inside, with the imposition of totally different rules from all other public institutions in Portugal!?

Is it the same in every countries? Is this possible? Is this morally right?

I leave this comment for those young students who think about entering to the Army Forces in Portugal ... Think about it! Think... It is better to think twice before a step forward becomes in 50 steps back in Your lives ....

Paredes Vermelhas revelam o Mundo Militar em Portugal

É já esta 5ª feira o lançamento do livro: Paredes Vermelhas.

É com grande expectativa e algum receio que o evento terá lugar. O Mundo Militar tem de ser revelado ao público em geral! 

Tal vai acontecer para que não se repitam no futuro os erros do passado, para que quem quer entrar numa instituição militar possa reflectir muito bem e saber onde se vai meter. 

Os militares publicitam-se da forma mais brilhante e mais bonita, como protectores do Nosso País. O orgulho da Nação, o respeito e camaradagem, os valores mais nobres ao serviço da Nação. E se, de facto, esta não for a realidade que vos espera neste mundo? 

E se as histórias que se passam no interior das Paredes Vermelhas saltarem cá para fora? 

Será que permanecem estes valores tão nobres, tão atraentes, como os querem fazer parecer? 

Paredes Vermelhas revela um pouco daquilo que todos sabem e mais uma história terrível que sucedeu no interior da Academia Militar nos últimos anos... Será que o País tem de manter uma instituição nestes moldes e proteger os ditames da violência e abuso de poder de alguns dos militares que ali pertencem?

It's almost Thursday, the day of the presentation of the book: Red Walls.  

It is with great anxiety and some fear that the event will take place. 

The Military World must be revealed to the general public!  

We must avoid the errors from the past. Anyone entering a military institution must reflect very well and know where they are entering... The military advertise themselves as bright and pretty, as protectors of our country's pride. Respect and friendship are some of the highest values ​​they recognize for themselves in the service of the nation. 

What if, in fact, this is not the reality that awaits you in this world? And if the stories that take place inside the red walls jump out from there? Do these values ​​remain so noble, so attractive, as they  want to make it look like?  

Red walls reveals a little bit of what everyone knows and one terrible story which happened within the Military Academy in recent years... 

Does the country have to keep an institution like this and protect the dictates of violence and power abuse of some of the officers who belong there?

Lançamento do Livro Paredes Vermelhas 12/01/2012

Caros leitores:

Nesta fase, tenho de me centrar na apresentação oral no lançamento do Livro na FNAC do Colombo em Lisboa pelas 19H do dia 12 de Janeiro de 2012. Claro que o blogue continua e continuará sempre disponível para todos os comentários que qualquer pessoa queira publicar. Logo após o lançamento do livro, este blogue servirá, exactamente, para revelar os Segredos ao Mundo, para permitir às pessoas falar e expressar o que há muito tempo desejam gritar ao Mundo. O livro é apenas um formato das revelações que quis divulgar. Por este blogue continuarei sempre a mostrar-vos o que se passa dentro das instituições fechadas ao mundo exterior e continuarei a dar voz aos que precisam!

Por aqui ficarão também alguns excertos do livro e outras memórias que não se enquadraram nas páginas de: "Paredes Vermelhas", mas que darão continuidade ao objectivo exposto neste blogue e no livro: 

Melhorar o mundo, evitando que se repitam, no futuro, os mesmos erros do passado!

Dear readers,

Now I am centered in the presentation of the book in Lisbon's Colombo FNAC in 12th January 2012. But the blog is always here and it is available for any comments for anyone. As soon as the book is published, "Secrets of The World" will continue to allow any person to tell to the World what happens inside the "closed" institutions. Here, You are able to scream to the World whatever you want. The book is just one way to announce the revelations.

In this blog I will put some parts of the book and i will continue to write some of the memories that were not included in the "Red Walls".

This way, it is still my main task, as I told here and in the book, to:

Make our world better, avoiding past errors in the future! 

New secrets of the military world will be revealed...

Everyone knows that the military institutions have missions to protect the countries and people from the offensives that may come from abroad. But, nowadays, in a world full of cold wars it became even more important to connect our world and turn it more peaceful.
But we must respect our soldiers and studants as humans. And in Portugal, some of the rules of respect of human rights were\are disrespected.
As an ex-military, ex-tenent i must talk and tell to the world what happens inside the walls of the military institutions in Portugal.As an ex-military I may talk. And as an ex-military I will talk very very soon...
Why? because I must try to avoid that terrible situations are repeated in future. And as I could see during around 7 years, nothing changed. I believe, as I see in the news, that it keeps as it was when I was there... And I may say that it doesn't happen only in Portugal.It is a reality in many military institutions of many countries...
I went to the TV and I talked... but right after that, I was warned that I should be careful because something could happen to me. But I am not afraid. It is not a possibility when we try to make our world better.
So please, tell your experiences as I will tell to the world. It is the only way to change.
